The two weeks before Halloween I felt like I was running myself ragged. How many folks can say they went back to work to get a rest. :)

I was able to get most of it torn down the day after and it stored away surprisingly well. I only have two more sections of wall to take down and it will all be put away for another year. I'm taking Thursday through Sunday off so I can knock the rest down then. Afterward, I'll sit down and have a well deserved beer.

With less than 26 days to Halloween, I feel like I still have so much to do. It feels good though when I can get stuff crossed off my list.

We cranked out carving more foam walls and we only have 17 more to carve and we're done. With so many to paint, I decided to upgrade to a better paint sprayer and found one on Ebay that should do the trick. Now I just have to wait for it to get here. Still have to frame everything up.

Unfortantely due to reasons that were out of our control Spookapalooza will not be held this year. The place we were we could hold it for free has decieded to charge way more than we could have ever imagined! We are looking for a public haunted house to work with and perhaps split the proceeds as well as help with the advertisement so if anyone has any ideas on one please message me! Thanks.

Ok, someone gave me this idea last year and you know how ideas can sit and fester. Well after last Halloween, I decided to make some singing pumpkins to entertain the TOTs.

The parts list is so far:

-4 425BB Hitec servos
-1 Linxmotion controller
-4 single-channel LED boards (made by azdude from HalloweenForum) for the eyes
-4 Foam Pumpkins
-4 servo extensions
-4 Lucite plates (this will hold the pumpkin and the servo)
-4 servo brackets (made by 5artist5 from Hauntforum)
